ScrantonAI provides natural-language search and analysis of municipal data. This service is offered AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. It is in beta and may change at any time.

All outputs are for informational purposes only. Do not rely on ScrantonAI for legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify information with a qualified human before acting.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
Content may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. You assume all risk for how you use the information provided.
4. User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use ScrantonAI. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable-Use Policy
- No scraping, spamming, or attempting to break or overload the system.
- No reverse engineering, model extraction, or using outputs to train competing models.
- No use of ScrantonAI for prohibited or unlawful purposes.
16. Moderation & Content Restrictions
- We use automated and/or manual moderation to detect and block content that violates our policies, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, harassment, and illegal activity.
- Messages that are flagged by our moderation systems may be blocked and not processed further. You may receive a warning or explanation in the chat interface.
- Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account, at our sole discretion.
- We may store moderation results and blocked messages for safety, compliance, and to improve our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
ScrantonAI and its code, models, and content are owned by us. You receive a limited, revocable license to access the service and use textual outputs for your personal or organizational needs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Feedback License
Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us royalty-free, worldwide, and without restriction.
8. Paid Plans & Billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the posted pricing, renewal terms, and any late fees. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
9. Modification & Termination of Service
We may change features, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $100. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration
We may require that certain disputes be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide advance notice of material changes. The effective date will be posted at the top of this page.
15. Export Controls & Sanctions
ScrantonAI is subject to U.S. export controls and sanctions laws. You may not use the service if you are subject to relevant restrictions.
